]]>1. McKenzie Rose is a Soulcycle instructor in Newport and Del Mar. Soul Cycle is an indoor cycling class.
You ripped my favorite pants but stole my heart. ⠀ I think it is so important for the soul to just getaway. To skip into a city, emerge yourself into the unknown, meet strangers, and make connections with no expectations and an open heart. ⠀ I’ve realized that museums are not my cup of tea unless it’s the spy museum. That architecture is something I am very impressed by. That I truly miss being in a city where you can walk to places instead of having to drive. And lastly.. SOUL PEOPLE ARE THE BEST PEOPLE. While teaching to a completely new market, to classes that I didn’t know one person in. I realized that you have to find the courage to let go when you are no longer being pulled to the energy that you want. You have to find the strength to leave when what you want is no longer there. And that you cannot find your self worth in someone else or by proving it. Your value is found when you become aware of how worthy you are and what’s really worth your energy. I’m so excited to come back with such a clearer heart and mind of why I do what I do and why I love it so much. I have a feeling I’ll see you again DC. But until next time, you can keep your freezing temps. And to the riders and new friends, thank you for showing up and taking the chance on me. Love u. Mean it. Newport Beach, I’ll see y’all mañana 2. McKenzie is not a novice when it comes to fame. She is actually an NFL cheerleader cheering for the Los Angeles Chargers and also known as a “Charger Girl.”
3. She is close to her family. Here she is with her parents and dog. She captioned it “Grateful for parents like you two. Love you to the moon and back.”
4. McKenzie is a big denim fan. She writes “When I actually put something else on besides workout clothes..it’s definitely denim.”

The premiere is on Jan 1st and I cannot wait to see what this amazing team has created. It’s a super cute show and I couldn’t be more grateful for this opportunity. This crew has been so kind and supportive and no matter what happens it was an incredible experience. Taking these moves from the 50 yard line to hoping they can win someone over. And hey who knows.. maybe @jennadewan did good.
