1.  The company was founded by Sandra Velasquez<\/a>.  She founded Nopalera to celebrate her Mexican culture loud and proud.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.  Nopales, which the company was named after are a well known plant in Spanish called Opuntia cacti and its pads.  It comes in about 114 different species in Mexico.  It is in many Mexican dishes.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.  The Mexican botanicals for bath and body can be found in Nordstrom, Credo Beauty, and Free People.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
