Metric Mate is also known as a “Training Accountability Partner.” It is meant to turn any piece of exercise equipment and turn it into smart equipment where the sensor can track calorie burn, force exertion, muscular fatigue, rep tempo, power level, and more. There is also an assessment which includes a 15 minute full body workout where it analyzes the exertion, fatigue, and output of your muscles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
