We know water isn\u2019t the first thing one thinks of when you hear about a cactus.  Maybe you would think of a desert, sand, everything dry.  Well Pricklee has a different idea.  They are naming their product the nation\u2019s ultimate thirst quencher.  Where does it come from?  A cactus!  The owners of Pricklee are taking their thirst quencher to the Shark Tank<\/a> stage to see if a shark will bite.  What is Pricklee all about?  Let\u2019s find out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.  Pricklee was started by five healthcare who don\u2019t like coconut water.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

They were searching for an alternative when Mo, one of the founders remembered one of his favorite childhood beverages when he was growing up in Lebanon.  It was a drink using the delicious fruit of the cactus, known as the prickly pear.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What does Pricklee, the juice from the fruit of a cactus, taste like?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Mo and his family, it tasted like a combination of watermelon and bubblegum.  You can imagine how much kids would clamor to get something that tasty.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
