Unfortunately IReTron didn’t make it as a company and ended in 2019. The site’s domain, iretron.com still exists but it just shows an “under maintenance” page. Prior to this position, Jason Li worked as an Associate Product Manager for Drift. Hopefully he will continue to try new ideas!

What happened to IReTron from Shark Tank?

1) Jason Li founded IReTron in Los Angeles, California. In 2014, he appeared on ABC’s Shark Tank. According to MEDIUM, Jason almost didn’t do the show because when they contacted him, he thought it was a scam!

2) Jason went into the tank asking for $100,000 for 20%, and that’s exactly what he got. He got two sharks in on that deal: Mark Cuban and Barbara Corcoran.
