Cassie shared a bunch of instastories detailing what she eats.  Here is what she posted.  Chocolate banana smoothie, avocado toast, Banana bread paleo bars, cauliflower rice bowl, apple soaked bircher with fruit, veggie burger with sweet potato fries and vegetables, fake meat with vegetable stir fry, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.  She loves eating clean and yoga.  Here&#8217;s what she said about a juice cleanse challenge, &#8220;I\u2019m so surprised and happy that I completed my first 3 day juice cleanse, my appetite is huge and I didn\u2019t think my head was strong enough to complete the whole process. However during this time I was able to look deeper into my mind and realize that it is has so much power.
