In season 11 of Shark Tank<\/a><\/em>, FlexScreen made its TV debut. Joe Altieri, the mastermind behind the window screen, came out of the tank strong. An Update on FlexScreen from Shark Tank<\/em> Season 11<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1) Joe originally created prototypes of FlexScreen in his garage. A year ago, he presented in front of the sharks! His experience on the show was so vital. Joe began a blog called “Lessons from the Tank<\/a>,” to help other entrepreneurs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2) It’s the world’s first flexible window screen. If you caught Joe’s pitch during season 11, then you remember how revolutionary the idea was. It’s made up of phosphate that’s enhanced with steel. It’s also weather and scratch resistant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3) In the last year, they’ve expanded outside of Pennsylvania (where Joe’s located), into other states. There are manufacturing plants in Pennsylvania, Michigan, South Dakota, Georgia, and Ontario, Canada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
