1. Blake was born on August 26, 1976 in Arlington, Texas which is right outside of Dallas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. He is a father to two young children with ex-wife Heather Lang<\/a>. One son, Summit and one daughter, Charlie. He loves to have adventures with his little ones as you can see below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Blake left Tom’s Shoes to start Madefor. He sold 50% of Tom’s Shoes to Bain Capital<\/a> in 2014 according to Wikipedia<\/a>. Madefor is a wellness program created in March 2020 based on a subscription service with a monthly kit for healthy mind and body. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Blake is a dog lover! He has two golden doodles named Gypsy and Buddha. They have the same birthday as his son, Summit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Blake likes to have fun too. He recently went to the store to find some new board games to play with his girlfriend Molly<\/a> and others. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
