According to People, Brody chose to bring Amber Davis on a group trip that the cast from The HIlls was taking. Kaitlynn Carter was there and began to feel uncomfortable, seeing Brody getting cozy with Amber. Justin Bobby recognized that Kaitlynn was feeling uncomfortable so he went over to console her about the situation.
