Where Is Turbo Trusser Now from Shark Tank Season 14?

Turbo Trusser is a product for cooking chickens and turkeys more evenly and quicker. The owners brought their invention to the Shark Tank for the second episode of Season 14 after their big Live premiere. It is the invention of Brian Halasinski and Kirk Hyust. Let’s see where Turbo Trusser is now.

1. They’re preparing for their busiest time of year, Thanksgiving! The Turbo Trusser is really helpful for turkeys. In an article for The Independent (IndeOnline.com), Halasinski said, “Just the holidays – Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter – 80 million turkeys are eaten in the U.S.”

2. The business started in 2021 so it hasn’t been around all that long. Even though it was only introduced in 2021, it is already in 80 retail stores in the USA.

3. The company has $100,000 in sales with the product selling $14.99 each. It’s available right on Amazon.

How did Brian Halasinski and Kirk Hyust get the Turbo Trusser on Shark Tank?

4. According to IndeOnline.com, “He applied online to be on the show when the product hit the market late last year. He applied again a few months later once they hit $50,000 in sales. The application process was simple, he said, adding he answered a number of questions on the online application.”

5. Today the Turbo Trusser has a modest following on Instagram of 800+ fans. The product can also be found on Amazon with 73 ratings giving it an average of 4.3 out of 5 stars.

The biggest pro for this product?

“Works like a charm, so much easier than tying the legs together and tucking the wings underneath. Plus they cook better because they’re not squeezing against the body of the chicken!!”

The biggest con for the Turbo Trusser?

“It was so difficult to get the contraption to stay rigid just because birds are not all the same size. Ended up sending back and just using a simple twine method I found on YouTube”
