Bumbling Bee Update from Shark Tank 2022
The Bumbling Bee is in business as of 2022. Unfortunately, the Boulder, Colorado restaurant closed following the problems with COVID-19 pandemic. However, the mother/daughter duo are still operating the company food truck. Their official Instagram invites customers out saying, “Follow our food truck all over Hampton Roads!” Check them out in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The restaurant in Virginia Beach is still operating as well. They reportedly made $1 million last year.
This Vegan Junk Food Bar is based out of two locations, Virginia in Virginia Beach and Boulder Colorado.
Founders are mother/daughter duo, Cassandra and India Ayala.
They are all about “cruelty free cooking” and latching onto the global plant-based movement.
It started out as a small pop-up food truck, now has two locations.
They sell burgers, tacos, and BBQ dripping with flavor.

Their full menu includes “Maverick All American burger with cheese sauce, pickle and more,” “Holy Shitake with fries and a cheese sauce,” “Coney Island Chili dog,” “Sweet Southern BBQ,” “Dirty Fries,” and “Crispy Nuggies.”
They like to create partnerships with local business. Here is one of their scrumptious foods and they invite people to come on out to The Virginia Beer Company for fries, fat burgers, & Coney Island chili dogs.
They even have Vegan donuts!
They were a big hit with their BBQ and burgers that they ended up being sold out at Sly Clyde Cider Works.
