It’s exactly as it sounds: rapping about scams. Apparently, his stage name is an ode to an MSR X6, a credit card cloning device.
2) That’s how he made a name for himself. Teejay would rap about his con artist ways: scamming, cashing bad checks, etc. His videos have garnered hundreds of thousands of views. From cat fishing to committing a credit scam, he’d tell you how to do it all.
3) According to Wired, he was pulling scams in grade school. He admits to conning his classmates, faking and lying his way through. No one really suspected anything, which made him cocky. He also grew up around it: his brothers were involved in illegal arts.
4) He was born in Detroit, Michigan. His full name is Teejay Witherspoon. Teejay’s net worth is approximately $100,000. The record deal he scammed his way into was for $10 million.
5) Teejay’s episode is titled “A Scam with a Beat.” The description reads: “A teenager reinvents himself as scam rapper Teejayx6, using his songs to teach others how to con.
