1. Tailgate N Go is a family-owned business. According to their website, tailgatengo.com, “Tailgate N Go is a portable, outdoor kitchen and dry box made for any outdoor cooking. Set it up in the backyard to the backwoods in seconds.”
2. When looking at their Instagram, the last time they posted was in December of 2021 which creates questions around if this company is having some trouble. Usually you will see consistent posting to social for those that are successful.
3. The business is suffering from low ratings on Amazon. When looking at the “Tailgate N Go Original Full Size 100% Aluminum Outdoor Collapsible Kitchen” there are 6 reviews with an average of 2.1 stars. This came from two – 5-star reviews and 3 1-star reviews. The reviews took place in 2020 and 2021. The high reviews said it was an excellent product. The low reviews said it was cheaply made.

While they took the counteroffer from Matt Higgins as he jumped in there to counteract on Kevin O’Leary’s offer, it looks like Tailgate N Go might be struggling according to a number of factors. The website is still intact but their listing on Amazon shows as “currently available.” In addition, they haven’t posted since 2021 on Instagram. The products on the website appear to be ready for sale.
