1. Her diverse background.

While she was born in Texas, she grew up in Maine. She made her way outside of the USA as well. Deandra also spent time in Nigeria, which is where her father was born.

2. She knows how to stand out.

As 1 of 10 siblings, Deandra Kanu knows how to stand out in the crowd. One of her favorite feelings is being in the spotlight, or being the center of attention. But, will that be enough to catch the new bachelor‘s eye? Because word has it that one of Bachelor Nation’s favorites will be making an appearance in the premiere of season 24.

3. Her one non-negotiable.

She has one expectation when it comes to her new beau: he must be willing to spend time with her family during the holiday season, as that’s her favorite time of the year. Can’t agree to that? Sorry, you’re out!

4. She’s young at heart.

Deandra is only 23 years old, and is from Plano, Texas. She’s ready to take on the world!

5. How she spends her time.
