]]>He Called on Catfish to Help Meet His Girlfriend
He enlisted the help of pro Catfish detectives, Nev Schulman and his co-host, Kamie Crawford. Reese is featured in Season 8, episode 66. The Catfish hosts were on the job to see why this woman was still being so coy after 5 months of chatting online.
The episode is currently available to view on MTV.com. Reese met his online girlfriend on Instagram. Kamie asked, “what was it about this person that hit you up on Instagram?” She slid into his DM’s and the name instantly captured his attention: Jesica Fox and her pictures were dynamite, drawing Reese right in. She was from Howell, New Jersey and a nurse. Her ambition at only 25 years old made her a great candidate for the Jersey native. Red flags were raised when he tried video calling his girl but she didn’t answer.
“The best way to get a guy interested in you is to give less,” said host Nev which Kamie was in fully agreement with. Reese agreed too and said, “she’s completely right. The more chicks give me, the more *pushing away reaction*”. He was captured by Jesica because she “wasn’t needy.” Reese continued, “I love when someone is so into what they’re doing…that I don’t want to talk every day.” He was drawn in by how “dope and independent” she appeared.

1) Laura is 36 years old. Her birthday is September 6, which makes her star sign Virgo. Virgos are known for being encouraging and supportive, especially to their family and friends. She even made a reference to her star sign in an Instagram post, writing about Virgo moms. Nev commented: “
” while his Catfish co-host Kamie Crawford said: “It’s givinggggg .”
2) She studied at Boston University. Majoring in social psychology, commercial and advertising art allowed for her to pursue her dreams. Now, she’s a freelance copywriter and photographer.
3) Laura and Nev actually met via social media – Instagram to be specific. A DM led to their first date, and the rest is history. The two married in July 2017, so their 5 year anniversary is coming up soon! Her life with Nev has been the “best ride yet 
” according to a Valentine’s Instagram post.
4) Currently, they have 3 children together. Daughter Cleo is the oldest, second is son Beau. In 2021, Laura and Nev welcomed son Cy. “can’t believe i spend all my time w these clowns,” she captioned this funny family photo of Nev, Cleo, Beau, and Cy.
5) When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling, fitness, and attending events like red carpets or sports games.
