Garrett now offers 1-on-1 coaching on personal training with custom workouts and plans. He currently has a 4 week custom fitness plan and a 4 week custom meal plan.

Garrett’s little brother Chris also just turned 23 and he can see big visions for him. Saying, “My brotha entering his Jordan year the big 23. I know he’ll be out on that professional pitch soon I can feel it I wish nothing but success for you because you deserve it. Love you man, Daleeeeeé.”

Garrett also is running some co-promotions on giveaways for workouts with a company called Astro with his friend Tate.

Let’s add something else to the mix! Garrett is a definite go-getter and he is actually a Lululemon influencer as evidenced by his Instagram page.

Apparently Garrett even broke up with Cara when she was back in New Jersey while he stayed in Siesta Key in Florida.

Why did Cara and Garrett break up? There might be more to it than just distance.

A few episodes into Siesta Key Alex Kompo reappears and of course the drama comes with it. Cara, who irked Juliette (Alex’s ex-girlfriend) a number of times when she appeared to get a little too close to Alex, who Juliette was dating at the time.

It looks like they’re up to their old shenanigans. Cara and Alex are seen talking and smiling a number of times in episode 3 of Siesta Key, Season 3.

In the upcoming clips you see Cara mentioning that “Alex has been really flirty lately.”

Are Cara and Alex dating? Well it looks like there is some chemistry there. Stay tuned to see what happens.

Season 3 is back on MTV and so is the drama. During season 2 of the popular reality show, we saw newcomer Cara Geswelli (who used to date Alex Kompo) get into a relationship with the good guy of Siesta Key. She and Garrett (who used to date Kelsey) got together and really were cute dating.

However, at the end of season 2 Cara was going on a trip to Italy and really wanted her boyfriend, Garrett to come along. He didn’t end up joining her though. However, when season 3 started filming it looked like their relationship wasn’t over but it was on the rocks.

Now there is speculation and questioning if Cara did cheat on Garrett or not.

According to ‘Siesta Key’ cast member, Juliette Porter, tweeted the cheating allegation.

Juliette was referring to the time Cara went to the MTV Spring Break party in Cancun, Mexico at the beginning of 2019. Host of MTV’s The Challenge, Johnny Bananas was also there and the two apparently hooked up. Will Garrett find out and will this be the end of their relationship?
