February 14 is Valentine’s Day. But, for American Idol contestants, it’s audition time. One of the people who tried out for this new season was Stelle Amor. We’ve got a few facts about her below. So, keep reading to find out more about this American Idol hopeful.
1) Stelle has been on TV before. She participated on FOX’s The Four. She performed a cover of “Mad World,” which you can see below.
2) She was born in Kansas, but raised in Kentucky. She calls Tennessee home now though.
3) She’s released music, both original songs and covers. Her newest song, “SOS” is available now. Her next cover will premiere on Feb. 21.
4) She lives in Nashville with her longtime beau, Dave and their dog, Luci. She and Dave have been together for a little over 5 years now. He also helps produce her music.
5) Stelle describes herself as a “soulternative siren.” She is heavily influenced by soulful music, but also has that rock n’ roll edge. It definitely fits since her voice is quite distinctive.
