Shannon Ford, former employee of Uncommon James who handled social media for Kristin Cavallari’s company on Very Cavallari, is voicing her opinion on the multi-millionaire mogul.
Shannon was one of the first girls who worked at Uncommon James alongside Reagan Agee. During Season 2 Shannon was let go from the store by Kristin after the show portrayed Shannon as not fulfilling her job duties. She continued on after leaving her job with influencer posts and such.
Reagan recently took to Instagram to allude to the fact that she wouldn’t be in Season 3 of Very Cavallari when she posted this story.
Reagan’s caption states, “Here’s a pic of my face because you won’t be seeing it tonight on @verycavallari #bummer #deckthehallswithballs #stayhumbleandkind #pleasestillfollowme #hashtag“
Shannon Ford jumped in there and seemingly threw shade at Kristin by saying, “Rule #1 : Never outshine the master 🙃”
That’s not all though.
Fans jumped on that comment pretty quickly saying some of the following
@raykerbs said: “omg you’re both gone now!? Why watch“
@karlievalencia said: “What is the show without you two though?? Won’t be watching.”
Shannon responded to the fans saying even more: “I think it’s healthy to express feelings! Nobody should ever tell you “let it go” “get over it”. That’s something the person who actually went through the experience gets to decide. I am not salty about being fired. I deserved to be fired. Was kicked off of the show for personal reasons on Kristin’s behalf and that’s what I always had an issue with. It is Kristin’s show and that is her right to do. That doesn’t mean we aren’t allowed to feel some type of way about it. We’re humans and we got real good at “putting it all out there” for you guys so that’s what we’re doing still.
Putting it all out there and being our real selves with our real feelings. I am grateful to the show and even for the relationship I had with Kristin long ago. I always make that very clear. However I am not grateful or appreciative of the toxic turn our friendship took (work related and personally) I’m not grateful for the way the cookie crumbled with the show and the lies that were made up for my exit off the show. And that’s just simply my right to have. I also understand reality tv isn’t fair. So I’m working every day on moving past it and trying to turn the negative into a positive. But that shit don’t happen overnight and I won’t apologize for the process. ❤️ Hope that cleared it up for ya.“
Looks like Shannon isn’t afraid to share her opinions on the situation and let everyone know the truth behind the story, at least her side of it.
