What is the Baby Toon?

It all started when Cassidy Crowley noticed her mom having concerns when she was feeding her baby sister. Whenever her baby sister put a hard spoon in her mouth, her mom Lori would get very nervous as she saw it as a choking hazard. That’s when the light bulb went off in the big sister’s mind – how about a soft spoon?

The mother daughter duo went searching around to see how they could make their innovation. They used FDA approved soft silicone to create the Baby Toon. In addition, it was designed to be unable to go too far into the baby’s mouth preventing choking.

Did Baby Toon Strike a Deal?

They originally entered the Shark Tank with a pretty low valuation on their business. Cassidy and Lori Crowley were seeking a $50,000 investment for 50% of their company. Lori Greiner offers $50k for 50%, just what they asked for and the deal was made.

What Happened to Baby Toon After Shark Tank?

This was for sure a success story! The deal with Lori Greiner closed. In a more recent episode, they update viewers on what’s going on with Baby Toon. Lori helped Cassidy and Lori get a licensing deal with baby products and accessories company, Munchkin.

Lori is quoted as saying that this deal will help take care of Lori and Cassy’s family for a long time.

The Baby Toon spoons are available and visible on the Munchkin website. It comes in 3 different animal shapes to make eating fun for babies and toddlers.

In March 2020, they announced their partnership with Munchkin on the company’s official website.

They take you back to the disco era in a Saturday Night Fever type of setting the duo are next up on the stage. The video opens with disco dancers taking the floor to the backdrop of an emcee’s voice.

It looks like it’s none other than Olivia Jade’s mother, actress Lori Loughlin.

As she has begun to take part in more acting projects, she is carefully returning to acting. This includes the revival of her role from Hallmark’s “When Calls the Heart” spinoff which will be airing on the Great American Country Channel (GAC). The special is aptly titled “When Hope Calls: A Country Christmas.”

1) She married successful plastic surgeon Dr. Gabriel Chiu. Today, she manages BHPS Inc. or Beverly Hills Plastic Surgery Inc., a facility she opened with her husband. The medispa is popular with celebrities and other high class clientele. It’s also the main salon for SkinCeuticals Brand by Loreal.

2) She graduated from Pepperdine University with an International Business degree. Christine spent a decade in public relations and beauty industries, according to her bio on Dr. Chiu Reviews.

3) Now, she focuses on philanthropy. She and her husband both support various organizations, such as AVIVA, Cedars Sinai, and the American Red Cross.

4) In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, she revealed that she waited almost 14 years to get pregnant. It was difficult for she and her husband to start a family right away in the beginning of their marriage. Now, they have a son together. Christine also shared her journey on Bling Empire, which gave lots of women courage to reach out and share their own stories.

5) Aside from Celebrity Family Feud, there’s another show you can see her on. Christine is a contestant on season 30 of Dancing with the Stars. While some may be nervous, she’s embracing her new role. Check out this confident Instagram post for proof.

]]> Francia Raisa is one of the three celebrity panelists on this week’s To Tell the Truth. You probably know her from her various television roles, or perhaps for her famous friends. But, if you want to learn more about her, we’ve got five facts below.

5 Facts About Francia Raisa

1) One of her most well-known roles is portraying Adrian Lee on The Secret Life of the American Teenager. She originated the role for the whole series, from 2008-2013. And yes, she’s still close with her co-stars, including Shailene Woodley, Megan Park, and Daren Kagasoff.

2) Currently, she stars on the black-ish spinoff series, grown-ish as Ana Torres.

3) Francia made national headlines when she gave a kidney to one of her dear friends, singer/actress Selena Gomez. This happened in 2017, and Gomez is “forever grateful” to Raisa for the kind, life-saving gesture.

4) She’s not dating anyone right now. Her last relationship was with Christian Adkins from 2017-2019. In 2020, Francia told ET that she’s “definitely open to pursuing a new relationship.”

5) She’s a certified yoga instructor. The exercise started as a way to hold herself accountable and help her depression she fell into after the kidney surgery. She found it so rewarding that she kept it up during quarantine. Another activity she loves? Dancing. She posted various TikToks, including one of JLo’s dance challenge. But, she also posted a throwback: choreography from her hit movie Bring It On: All or Nothing.
