1) As mentioned above, Ryan began in 2008. He decided to pursue real estate after acting and modeling weren’t of interest to him anymore. Even though he went into real estate, he obtained degrees from Hamilton College in Theater and Literature.
2) His first big endeavor was creating the Serhant Team. After years of learning the ins and outs of selling as a solo agent, he stepped up and became a CEO. According to his website, they’ve done over 4 billion dollars in sales. His company is also a leader in new construction sales, and was ranked #1 by The Wall Street Journal.
3) Ryan had his own spinoff show Sell It Like Serhant, which aired 8 episodes. He served as the executive producer. A couple years later, he launched a real estate course under the same name. It has over 6,000 members and is the #1 bestselling real estate course of all time.
4) In addition to all the aforementioned achievements, Ryan has his own media company, SERHANT STUDIOS. It’s a marketing and production company for all of Ryan’s real estate and TV projects.
5) He married Emilia Bechrakis in 2016. Their wedding was chronicled on Million Dollar Listing: NY as a four-part special event. Currently, they live in New York with their daughter, Zena.
