American Idol season 20 continues auditions this week. One fresh face fans will see is Rachel Chiu. The talented vocalist will take the stage and perform for the judges on March 13. But, before her debut, get to know more about her below with five facts.

3) In addition to being a student, she’s the co-director of Eh? Cappella, an a cappella group at the university. Since they are a competitive group, it’s kind of like she’s living in a Pitch Perfect movie!
4) On Instagram, she has 13.6k followers. But, her TikTok is even more impressive. Rachel boasts 507.7K followers and 12.2M likes. She’s gone viral a few times, both for her covers and original talent. Her cover of Billie Eilish’s “Lovely” has 4 million likes. A unique talent of hers is to imitate a trumpet with her singing voice. One of those videos has 2.1 million likes.
5) When she’s not pursuing her dreams, she’s traveling. Cuba, Jordan, etc., she’s got a great sense of wanderlust.
