1) P-nuff Crunch is a baked peanut puff snack food, made with a base of Navy beans. Navy beans and peanuts offer low carbs, but high protein. The snack includes plenty of fiber and is gluten-free.
2) Juan Salinas’ background is quite interesting. He began working for big name brands like Kraft and Nestle, but he also loves fitness. So, when he was on the hunt for a healthy snack option, but didn’t find what he wanted, he decided to make one!
3) According to P-nuff’s website, there’s the original roasted peanut flavor, or their roasted peanut & cinnamon flavor. Coming soon is their roasted peanut & cocoa flavor! You can preorder variety packs (of 6 or 15) on their site too.
4) If you’re in the New York area, you can buy it at Shoprite stores, or at independent grocers. If you’re not in NYC, you can order P-nuff Crunch on Amazon.
5) It’s really anyone’s game when it comes to if a shark will bite. Barbara Corcoran and Lori Greiner both know the snack business, but Mark Cuban’s shown an interest in health foods recently.
