Sina and Nina Farzin entered the Shark Tank on the very first ever live episode on September 23, 2022. The husband and wife team was there to pitch their company, Oogiebear. It helps parents clean out their baby’s nose and ears much easier than ever before. Let’s dive in to see what this company is all about.

Who Founded Oogiebear?

1. Sina and Nina Farzin founded Oogiebear in 2015. Since then, they have sold 1 million units! Nina is a pharmacist. During her career, she saw the need for a product like this.

Did they make a deal?

2. They asked for $400k for 5%. The sharks were so impressed with this company that all the sharks but Kevin O’Leary made an offer. Nobody offered exactly what they asked for. However, Barbara and Robert made an offer of $400k for 10% of the business.

3. Mark and Lori also went in on a deal together. They offered $400k for 12% of the business. After all the deals were offered, the founders of Oogiebear decided to take Barbara and Robert’s offer.

5. When asked how many people and parents feel like they need this product, they polled the Shark Tank audience. A whopping 81% said they needed it.
