An Update on No Limbits from Shark Tank

1) Erica Cole created No Limbits. It all started when she needed pants to fit over her prosthetic leg. But, no jeans would work for her. So, she decided to make her own. She has a background in costume design, so it was right up her alley.

2) She graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in chemistry. The car crash where Erica lost her leg occurred in 2018. In spite of that, she finished her degree in 2019. In January of 2019, she started No Limbits. Now, her mission is to increase confidence in disabled people through wardrobe.

3) Obviously, it’s pronounced like “no limits.” The “b” is silent, like it is in “limb.” Their motto is: live life with no limits. Erica prides her company on standing for comfort, independence, and style. She believes everyone should have easy, ready-to-wear clothes.

4) Currently, there are 3 pairs of jeans for women and men. Women’s colors are black, blue, and gray. Similarly, men’s colors are black, dark wash, and light wash. The jeans are designed for amputees.

5) Following the jeans are sensory-friendly clothing and wheelchair adaptable clothing.
