This southern girl from Tennessee has decided to step on over to the stage at The Voice on Season 22. Morgan Taylor wants to know if she can get the judges’ chairs to turn. She gets her chance. 1. Morgan is just 20 years old, a singer and guitarist born in Indiana. She has accomplished a lot in a short time. How? She started singing at the ripe age of only 2 years old so she certainly had a head start! Then at 9 she began performing in local musicals.
2. She is a college student as well studying at Belmont University in Tennessee.
3. Morgan is an all American girl who loves to spend time at the beach in the summer. Here she is at the beach for a family vacation the summer before she turned into a full time student at Belmont University. She had lived in Indiana with her family until college.
4. Morgan likes to post up videos of her covers. She even did one on the hit song “Chandelier” by Sia. This is a new sound to this song with a slower rhythm but a folksy sound on guitar.
5. Want to hear some pretty amazing runs? Morgan can move her voice all over the map with different levels of sound. She matches the guitar perfectly to her voice to give a very relaxed vibe.
