1. Long Table is a company offering farm to table pancake mixes and waffle mixes. According to Taylor’s Linkedin, the company was started in February of 2015 and is still going strong.

Where did this company idea come from? The story is quite unique! Taylor states the company idea actually was conceived back in 2010 when he fell in love with an acrobat. It was his mission to create such a nutrient dense pancake that it would easily get her through her acrobatic performances.

According to Long Table’s story, Taylor started the company with $5000 and “a big steel whisk.” It was actually meant as a side hustle to support his theatrical career. Looks like it took a different path!

2. He chose to go all in on his pancake business and it has doubled in size, not once, but twice in two years. That’s some movement for a new company!

Long Table offers multiple products including Popcorn Pancake & Waffle Mix, Blue Corn Pancake & Waffle Mix, Gluten Free Pancake & Waffle Mix, Organic Maple Syrup, Bourbon Barrel-Aged Organic Maple Syrup, Ginger Root Infused Organic Maple Syrup, Organic Maple Syrup, Single Source Short Run: Rye, and even coffee infused Maple Syrup. He is really making a twist on this popular breakfast food. Pricing ranges anywhere from $5.00 to $45 for bundles.

4. As mentioned, they have “Rye pancakes.” You’ve heard of Rye bread right? Well here are Rye Pancakes. Here is what they have to say about this new product.
