Kim Davis is one of the 12 contestants that will be competing on the Biggest Loser when it returns in January. She’s on her way to living a healthier life, but what else do you know about her? We have some facts for you below, so keep reading to learn more about Kim.
1) Kim is 57 years old and she is from the South. She’s from Tennessee, and currently lives in Mulberry. She works as a tour guide for a popular distillery, and is one of the top guides in her job! She wants to focus on excelling at her job, not having weight holding her back.
2) 19 years ago, when she was 38, Kim battled breast cancer. She won that fight, and now she’s ready to take on her next biggest challenge: weight loss.
3) Kim is known for having a hearty sense of humor and a super-sized personality; which she will try and channel along her journey during The Biggest Loser. The one thing she doesn’t want to be hearty or super-sized? Her diet. She wants to drop those words from her food vocabulary, and trade them for a healthier lifestyle.
What She’s Hoping to Get from ‘The Biggest Loser’
4) Kim still wants to be the life of the party, but she hopes her weight-loss journey will give her that extra boost. Just because she may change on the outside, doesn’t mean she’s not the same inside.
5) Another hope that she has is if she loses the weight, that her other health problems will improve. She’s had trouble sleeping, and has been to the doctor more times than she’d like. She also wants to take her life back, and get control of food, instead of having it be the other way around.

I’m bothered by the way Kim talks about the blue trainer, Steve. It wouldn’t be presented as cute or funny if she were a man and he were a young woman. She also insulted Domenico during the weigh-in on episode two. 🙁
I personally met Kim at her job. 2023, she is such a great tour guide and she is a wonderful person. I’m so happy for her that she was able to make this journey. She looks fantastic, you would never know she had a weight battle. She’s beautiful and she is a bundle of energy. It was wonderful meeting her.
