Update on 3/28/21: Jason Warrior was the second performance of the show and said he was taking a risk with his song which was “Believer” by “imagine Dragons.” He gave it his all on the stage. Lionel Richie jumped up and Jason was given a standing ovation. Luke Bryan said, “Unbelievable!” and Kathy Perry said, “he needs to harness that, he might shoot his voice out one day.”
Jason Warrior got into the top 24!
1) Jason’s been on TV before. You may recognize him! He competed on NBC’s The Voice and FOX’s The Four.
2) He’s 25 years old and hails from Chicago, Illinois.
3) He’s got an impressive social media following. He’s verified on Instagram with close to 70,000 followers.
4) He’s already released Christian music. He’s been called “one to watch” for gospel artists in 2021. Jason actually documented some of his experience on American Idol by posting a video on Instagram. He wrote:

5) He attended Northern Illinois University on a theater scholarship. As a teen, he toured with Walt Whitman and the Soul Children.
