Glove Wrap is a patent pending family business in Southern California, created by a father, son, and daughter that love the game of baseball and softball. The company will debut on Shark Tank Season 15 episode #3 on October 13, 2023.
Here is how Glove Wrap works. When you buy a new baseball glove it often is hard for it to be broken in, similar to buying new dress shoes. Take the glove, put the baseball in the pocket on the glove then use the Glove wrap to wrap both together tightly. Leave it overnight and then unwrap the next day. You can repeat as often as you need.
This product works with softball and hockey goalie gloves.
The product is on sale for $19.99 but normally runs at $24.95.
Founder Jon Batarse’s son, Gavin is a big go getter and you can see him introducing his product to pro baseball players. He went to the game for the Anaheim Angels including Mike Moustakas, Brett Phillips, Eduardo Escobar, and Brandon Drury. He also met and introduced his product to Dodgers’ manager David Roberts.
The Batarse family is made of Jon and his wife plus their three children including two girls and one son, Gavin.
They’re working on another product which is called “Glove Rub.” It is made with all natural, hand-crafted product to help soften your glove.
Jon Batarse posted a video saying Glove Wrap was flying off the shelves at Orange County Sports Equipment and was encouraging people to buy their Glove Wrap in time for fall ball.
