1. He starts his morning off right with an Acai Bowl which he says makes him feel so good.
What does Kyle put in his Acai Bowl? We have the ingredients:
- Frozen fruit – banana, strawberries, blueberries
- Organic Acai powder mix from Navitas (you can buy it on Amazon)
- Milk (although he said he typically doesn’t use milk but needed to because he was low on frozen fruit.
- Banana sliced
- Organic black chia seeds from Whole Foods
- Walnuts chopped

2. Getting shredded calves isn’t easy according to Kyle. Pulling out the jump rope will definitely help!
3. Kyle doesn’t stick to one specific food routine. As he says here, “some days I eat 4000 calories and other days I eat 1,200. Its worked for me so far.”
