  • by

If you want to look good, feel good, and do good, then FitFighter is your answer. The professional training system uses firehoses to strengthen and tone your body, and a portion of sales go to a first responder foundation. This week, the cool fitness tool will make its Shark Tank debut, so keep reading below to learn more about it.

Details on FitFighter

1) FitFighter was created by Sarah Apgar, who not only served in the Army, but worked as a volunteer firefighter after her service. After doing firehouse drills, Sarah decided to make those routines available to the public, and came up with the FitFighter product in order to do so.

2) Originally it served the FDNY Fire Training Academy and the San Diego Fire Rescue Academy, but now is available for home use or gyms can buy their program. There is a training app, and their Steelhose free weights are the equipment.

3) A portion of the steelhose sales go to the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Tower Foundation, which supports warriors and firefighters in need.

4) The product is essentially an all-in-one fitness weight and allows you to perform a variety of moves that tone and shape your body, while working out various muscles. It comes in 5, 8, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40 lb. options, pairs, or even a “home gym” pack. There’s also merch (tees, tanks, etc.) if you wanted to look the part too!

5) While there are pro editions of the steel hose weights, coming soon will be their certification program. For now, you can get monthly or yearly memberships and take online workshops.
