Did DynoSafe Make a Deal in the Shark Tank?

They asked $150k for 15%.

Mark Cuban and Daymond John were the first to go out. Lori was next to go out after she heard that the founders put $500k into the product. She couldn’t see a vision for the next steps that she would need to make to help. Robert Herjavec heard about the technology in the DynoSafe and felt it sounded like 20 years ago. Robert said he didn’t want to hold 15% but instead 51% which would make him the pure owner of the company.

Kevin O’Leary was still in too. He offered $150 for 40%. He said he didn’t want control. Kevin wanted to license the technology. “The thing is Robert, I can’t give away the majority of my business,” Rebecca Romanucci said.

“We make a board of directors, and I get more seats than you,” Robert said as a counter offer. “Want me to be on the board of directors?” Mark Cuban said.

The Final Deal: Robert Herjavec offered $150k for 25% with Robert and Mark Cuban on the board of directors.
