Who is Claudia Conway from American Idol?

February 14 may be Valentine’s Day, but for contestants of American Idol, it’s audition time. One contestant that tried out for the new season is Claudia Conway. We’ve got a few facts about her below. So, keep reading to learn more about this American Idol hopeful.

Update on 3/22/21: Claudia Conway was paired up with Hannah Everhart. After a bit of a rocky start, the two started working well together. They sang “Rollin’ on Sass.” Hannah said she wanted Claudia to shine on her solo parts. She didn’t move on to the next round, however Hannah did move on to the next one.

Update on 3/21/21: Claudia said that she never performed on a stage that big. She also showed up with a whole new look from her blonde hair to black. Claudia along with Mary Jo and others made it to the Hollywood Duets Week.

1) Claudia has important parents. Her father is George Conway, a successful attorney. Her mom is KellyAnne Conway, a political commentator who served under Trump.

2) She’s 16 years old. Claudia rose to fame with her TikTok videos and comments on politics. She has 1.7 million followers.

3) She’s had blonde and brown hair over the years. Her Twitter profile photo shows her as a brunette. But, in her Idol audition, she’s blonde.

4) She’s an advocate. Claudia uses social media to support movements like Black Lives Matter.

5) She’ll be singing for her audition. Apparently that’s how she was asked to try out. After posting a video of herself singing, she was called to audition for the show. She told her TikTok fans she’s “been singing” her whole life.
