The Voice is back for season 20 this week. One new contestant is Carolina Rial, who will take the stage for her blind audition for her chance at stardom. We complied five facts about The Voice hopeful for you below. So, keep reading to learn more about Carolina.
1) Carolina Rial is seventeen years old. She’s from the east coast in New Jersey.
2) She’s a successful Spotify artist. She has over 36,000 streams in the last year. Her listeners are close to 20,000, and they are from 86 countries. Amazing, right?
3) Carolina released a few singles. Her recent track, “Respect” is on SoundCloud. She’s collaborated with artists like Squalzz on remixes too.
4) While she’s originally from the East Coast, Carolina’s been out west. She spent time in Los Angeles, California, recording her music and laying down demo tracks.
5) She’s been playing piano and singing since she was little. She’s performed at big venues like the MetLife stadium too. She’s not even 18 yet, so that’s impressive!
With Carolina’s lovely personality and amazing voice, hopefully she’ll get a judge to turn their chair. Who do you think she would pick? Kelly Clarkson? Nick Jonas? Update! Carolina chose Team John Legend after her blind audition. She was ecstatic, posting her appreciation to Instagram. Carolina wrote:
