Update: Cam Anthony was well liked by the judges on The Voice, 3 of the 4 judges (not Kelly Clarkson) turned their chairs but John Legend was quickly blocked. With his family watching virtually, Cam chose Blake Shelton.
1) Cam Anthony has been singing since he was little. According to Idol Chatter, his parents discovered Cam could sing when he sang along to a Folgers commercial.
2) His cover of Lorde’s “Royals” went viral with over 500,000 views when he was only 12! Check it out below:
3) Cam won FOX’s Showtime at the Apollo with his rendition of Bill Withers’ “Ain’t No Sunshine.” He appeared on The Steve Harvey Show because of it. Pretty cool, right?
4) He released his debut single in 2016 when he was only 15. Since then, he’s released another track in 2019 called “Leave Your Troubles.”
5) He’s got a sizable social media following. He has over 300,000 Facebook fans, and over 32,000 Instagram followers.
