OneRepublic’s Zach Filkins is part of the team competing on an all-new episode of Celebrity Family Feud. He joins his bandmates and they’re playing for International Justice Mission. Get to know more about him below with these five facts.

1) He’s 42 years old and was born in Colorado.
2) He met future bandmate Ryan Tedder in high school. They formed their own band called The Beautiful Mess. But, when college came, they parted ways.
3) In 2002, Ryan called Zach up and asked if he still wanted to put together a band. From there, OneRepublic was formed. Zach went from doing modeling in Chicago to moving to LA for the pop group.
4) In addition to being the band’s guitarist, he plays violin, viola, and drums. He sings background vocals, and helps Ryan write songs for OneRepublic. A couple popular tracks he co-wrote are “Stop and Stare” and “Say (All I Need).”
5) He married wife Lindsay in 2008. They have a son named Leighton, according to PEOPLE, and a daughter. Zach and Ryan actually had their kids around the same time, so they both dealt with being dads and being on the road.
