Who Was the Woman Who Spent $16K to Have Dinner with a Celebrity on To Tell the Truth?

  • by

Three people were on the stage for To Tell the Truth all claiming to have spent $16,000 to have dinner with a celebrity.

One contestant said she spent $16K to have dinner with Engelbert Humperdinck, the second woman said she spent that money to have dinner with Tom Jones, and the third said she spent it to have dinner with Fabio.

The first said she had the dinner in 2018 with Engelbert Humperdinck, the second said she had the dinner in 1989 with Tom Jones, and the third said she had dinner with Fabio in 1999.

The second woman was very expressive about the fact that she truly loves Tom Jones and finds him very cute.

The third woman said her son was very upset when she said she was going to have dinner with Fabio and he blurted out that he was no longer a virgin. To that, Brad Garrett said, “I don’t understand the connection between the two” and everyone laughed.

It finally came time to vote. Big Boy and Cheryl Hines both voted for contestant #3 while Brad Garrett voted for contestant #2.

So who had dinner with a celebrity on To Tell the Truth?

It was contestant #3, Donna Mae White. She spent $16K to have dinner with Fabio. They put her picture up on the big screen with Fabio and she then told everyone she runs the Fabio fan club.

Contestant #2 said she is a singer/songwriter and has met Tom Jones a few times.

Then contestant #1 made everyone stop and stare when she said she didn’t have dinner with a celebrity but her late husband left her a lot of money and she is rich!

Another funny moment was when Anthony Anderson asked his mother if someone would pay $16K to have dinner with her and she responded, “no way, maybe $16.”
