2) Quevos is the first egg-white chip.
3) As a Type 1 Diabetic, Zack had to account for every gram of carbohydrate that he ate. This made it hard to enjoy his favorite snack, a crunchy potato chip without taking an insulin shot.
4) According to the Quevos website, Quevos was inspired by the crispy leftovers of an egg white omelette. Zack was determined to create a crunchy chip for pure protein.
