Liz Martin, creator and founder of “Tangle Pets” burst on the Shark Tank stage in a show that first aired in October 2017. Her big personality certainly grabbed the attention of many sharks as she detailed the anguish kids go through when having their hair brushed. Her solution was a fun brush shaped like a cute animal with bristles that are meant to go through hair without causing pain. So what is the update on Tangle Pets, are they still in business? 1. Liz Martin’s Tangle Pets were given an offer by shark Lori Greiner who wanted 45% of the business as it would require a lot of work on her end.
2. Tangle Pets have appeared on home shopping network, QVC. While they were a hit in their first foray on the show, it looks like they may be slowing somewhat with QVC showing the product in a pack of 2 at a clearance price of $14.16 marked down from $22.
3. Tangle Pets is huge on Amazon though with over 400 reviews and a 4.6 out of 5 stars for just one type of the many different animal designs.
4. They have an instagram page @tanglepets with nearly 2,000 fans and the last post was on January 26, 2020 as of writing this.
5. The Tangle Pets Facebook page is similar to Instagram in that they have 2.4K likes on the page and the most recent post was on March 25, 2019. So Facebook has fallen off.

It looks like Tangle Pets is still going from an Amazon standpoint but the rest seems lackluster.
