180 Cup is an inventive way to sip your favorite party drinks or other beverages. The idea turns the original “Red Solo Cup” on its head – literally. 1) Solomon Fallas created the 2-in-1 cup to become the “new Solo cup.” His major goal is to have it be the go-to glass for fraternity and sorority parties alike along the college scene.
2) As mentioned earlier, the idea is to flip the idea of the traditional Red Solo Cup on its head. You have a classic glass with Solomon’s invention, but then the underside reveals a shot glass size container.
3) On Shark Tank, he asked for $300,000 in exchange for 15% of his business. According to SEOAves.com, $385,000 in revenue was brought in at the time of the show, and 5 million units were sold in 6 months. He had quite a few offers from various sharks, but ultimately negotiated with Daymond John for the $300K, but for 25%.
4) After appearing on the hit entrepreneurial show in 2013, sales skyrocketed to 4.9 million. Soon, WalMart stores carried the product, and Amazon was selling it.

5) Unfortunately, after a fallout with an investor, Solomon’s company went out of business after parting ways with Daymond. No website or social media activity has been seen since 2016. Solomon has since gone to work in sales within the fashion and retail industries.
